As I've said before, innovation is achieved when something becomes valuable to the customer, instead of merely useful. Are you standing in line with your competitors, or are you creating the real value that will help you achieve competitive separation?

Yes, innovation is indeed very much the most important thing in business growth. The blog is a very informative one, I must say.
I found one other site recently that made me bookmark it. It is brilliant resource, with more than six hundred resources on corporate governance.
